Questions about reo & property preservation?
Get answers about scope, scheduling, occupied work, and what to prepare.
Can KIBA work from an existing REO work order?
Yes. Share the work order, access instructions, property status, due dates, photo requirements, and authorization process. KIBA can review the assignment against visible site conditions before finalizing the work plan.
What if the site conditions do not match the assigned scope?
The difference should be documented and sent through the client's approval process before unapproved work proceeds. The proposal or change record should make the added condition, cost, and schedule effect clear.
Do you handle vacant and occupied properties?
Occupancy must be confirmed at the start because it changes access, safety, communication, and sequencing. Share the known status so KIBA can determine whether the requested work fits the assignment.
What vendor-onboarding information should we send?
Send the coverage request, scope categories, service levels, invoicing rules, documentation standards, platform requirements, and current insurance or compliance requirements. KIBA will confirm fit and identify any onboarding items that need attention.
