Terms

Using this website.

These terms explain what the KIBA website provides and what a form submission, project story, or service description does and does not establish.

General information

The website describes KIBA Group Construction services and selected project experience for general informational purposes. Project scope, availability, price, schedule, insurance requirements, and contract terms are established only through a specific written agreement.

Contact and project submissions

Submitting a contact, bid, or development form requests a response from KIBA. It does not create a contractor-client relationship, subcontract, construction proposal, bid, schedule commitment, funding commitment, or guarantee of availability. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information and for uploading only project photos you are authorized to share.

A submission is received only when the website displays a successful delivery message and KIBA confirmation number. If the website says delivery could not be confirmed, nothing should be considered submitted. Project-photo uploads are limited to the image types and sizes displayed in the form; KIBA may request plans or other documents separately after initial review.

Trade-partner prequalification

Submitting a trade-partner application gives KIBA permission to review the information and contact the listed representatives and references. Submission, receipt, review, or preliminary approval does not create a subcontract, promise work, guarantee bidding opportunities, approve insurance, or authorize anyone to perform work for KIBA. A trade partner may work for KIBA only under a separate written agreement and project-specific authorization.

Applicant responsibility

The applicant is responsible for providing accurate, current information and documents it is authorized to share. KIBA may request corrections, updated insurance, supporting records, or renewed qualification information. Do not upload tax forms, bank information, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or identity documents through the public prequalification form.

Private W-9 requests

If KIBA advances an application, it may request a completed W-9 through a separate, written onboarding instruction. The public website does not currently accept production tax documents. Do not send a W-9 until KIBA provides the approved submission method. A requested W-9 is a tax-record step only; it does not approve a trade partner, create a subcontract, promise work, or authorize payment. KIBA does not request government identity documents or banking credentials through its ordinary W-9 process.

No proposal or investment offer

Website content and inquiry responses are not a construction proposal, guarantee, public securities offering, promise of financing, or statement of investment return. Any construction, development, capital, or joint-venture discussion is evaluated separately for a specific project.

Project media and content

Project images and descriptions are presented under the labels and stages shown. They may not be copied or used to imply a client relationship, address, scope, or result beyond the visible page content.
