Apartment improvements, shown before and after.

A documented apartment-renovation sequence showing early stripped-unit conditions, completed unit finishes, and exterior corridor work.

The project challenge

Apartment work can disappear into a large photo archive. This record needed to separate the early unit condition, the finished interior, and the exterior corridor so an owner can see what each image proves.

The work, as documented.

This scope stays inside the plans, project records, and visible field evidence available for review.

How the job moved.

The sequence connects the visible conditions without filling gaps the archive cannot prove.

  1. 01

    Record the starting condition

Capture the stripped-unit condition before rebuilding and finish work changes what can be seen.

  2. 02

    Rebuild the unit interior

Carry the kitchen and adjoining living area into the completed finish condition shown in the archive.

  3. 03

    Address the shared exterior

Document corridor finish work separately from the apartment interior.

  4. 04

    Close the record

File completed unit and exterior views by project and stage so the owner can review both work fronts.

A field record an owner can follow.

Good documentation tells the next person what the camera saw, where the work stood, and what still needs a decision.

What this project record proves.

The verified archive shows an early stripped unit, a completed kitchen and living area, and a completed exterior corridor. It does not establish that every unit received the same scope.
