Trade partner network / Houston area
KIBA is building a dependable network of subcontractors, specialty trades, and property-service vendors for residential, multifamily, shared-housing, REO, church, and small-commercial assignments.

How partnership works
KIBA looks for teams that understand the assignment, show up prepared, communicate early, and finish the record with the same care they bring to the field. Requirements can change by client, property, trade, and project.
Review the plans, field conditions, inclusions, exclusions, and schedule before mobilizing.
Raise access issues, conflicts, concealed conditions, and schedule risks while decisions can still be made.
Follow the project safety plan, maintain clean work areas, and respect occupied-property controls.
Complete punch items and provide the photos, tickets, warranties, or closeout records required for the assignment.
Residential construction / completed interiorTrade fit
Tell KIBA what your company performs directly, where you travel, crew capacity, and the project types you know best. Fit is reviewed against current and future project needs.
Demolition, cleanout, sitework, concrete, framing, roofing, and exterior trades.
Licensed electrical, plumbing, mechanical, low-voltage, and related specialty contractors.
Drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, trim, tile, fixtures, and final-cleaning teams.
Preservation, make-ready, maintenance, landscaping, hauling, and project-specific support.
Onboarding path
Submitting Stage 1 creates an application record for KIBA's review. Qualification, project-specific approval, and any award of work are separate decisions made only when an opportunity matches your trade, geography, capacity, and documentation.
Share who you are, what you self-perform, and where your team works.
Submit the core business, insurance, credential, and reference information listed below.
KIBA reviews completeness and possible fit. Follow-up questions or updated files may be requested.
Selected partners receive the project scope, site requirements, coverage limits, agreement, and client-specific steps.

Before you apply
Submitting information does not create a contract, vendor award, exclusive relationship, minimum volume, or guarantee of current or future assignments. KIBA may request updates, additional information, or project-specific terms before any work is authorized. Work begins only under a written agreement or purchase order issued by an authorized KIBA representative.
